The Official Site of Bart Starr New U.S. Navy transport dock ship christened by Bart Starr
The entire community of Green Bay, Wis. was honored on July 15 when the U.S. Navy transport dock ship LPD 20 was officially christened with the name ?Green Bay? at Northrop Grumman Corporation's shipyard in New Orleans, La. Legendary Packers quarterback and Hall of Fame superstar Bart Starr participated in the ceremony and gave his own christening to the ship.
